My professional journey spans over three decades, commencing with my role as a Customer Service Officer at SITA, the IT provider for the Air Transport Industry. Since then, I’ve been entrusted with leadership positions in diverse industries, including ICT, Human Resource Management, and Quality Management.
2006, I embarked on a transformative consultancy detour, collaborating with esteemed organisations like the International Labour Organisation (ILO) and the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO). I played a pivotal role in establishing one of Nigeria’s first indigenous ISO-certified Certification bodies, contributing to the country’s quality management landscape.
My introduction to Small Business Consulting through ILO marked a significant turning point. As one of the first Certified ILO Start and Improve Your Business Master Trainers in the West African Subcontinent, I’ve since empowered numerous business trainers and guided aspiring entrepreneurs through the intricacies of starting and running successful businesses across Africa.
I’m a certified organisation development professional and an ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System certified auditor. These certifications underscore my commitment to providing holistic solutions to business owners’ challenges.
Facilitation, training, coaching, and mentoring have become second nature. When not immersed in business empowerment, I work with couples and individuals, offering coaching and mentorship services.
Away from the professional arena, I’m an avid news follower, a dedicated family man, and a passionate traveller. My downtime is filled with enriching moments spent with my wife and children.
In addition to my hands-on experience, I am also a published author with two well-received books, “On Your Marks: A Business Start-up Handbook” and “Naked, The Mystery of Openness in Marriage,” both resonating with readers and making a positive impact in the market.
